Mountain Rose apples boast a beautiful pink flesh that is sweet, tart, and crisp. The flavor has notes of strawberry, cotton candy, and sour watermelon candy.  

Mountain Rose apples were discovered by chance on an orchard near Mount Hood in Oregon.  The beautiful flesh and delicious flavor has made these apples a special treat for all who have been able to taste them.  Mountain Rose has a thin skin, so be sure to take care of your apples as they can bruise easily. 

Show off your pink fleshed apples on a charcuterie board or in a fresh arugula salad. The pink flesh does not oxidize (turn brown) quickly, so they will look beautiful after they are cut.  The color of these apples also keeps when cooked!

When you receive your apples, make sure you store them in the fridge for the longest shelf life.
