Yellow Freestone Peaches: The variety this week is Regina! Regina peaches are medium - large in size, very fragrant, and have a tangy / acidic flavor. These peaches are freestone - the pit easily separates from the flesh - making them a go-to choice for fresh eating, canning, freezing, dehydrating…well just processing in general!

Yellow Nectarines: The variety this week is Honey Blaze! Honey Blaze nectarines are clingstone and boast an acidic-sweet, firm, and yellow flesh. The skin is deep red with yellow around the top where the fruit connected to the branch.

Please Note: White fleshed fruits ripen quicker than yellow fleshed fruits due to a higher sugar content. You may want to eat the white fleshed fruits first :)

White Freestone Peaches: Sugar Giant is an exceptional white freestone peach. The flesh is firm with a honey-like sweetness. Delicious for fresh eating!

White Nectarines: June Pearl White Nectarines have a high sugar content and less acidic flavor than their yellow counterparts. Deliciously sweet & floral in flavor.

If the fruit you receive are a bit underripe for eating right away, keep them on your counter until they reach your desired ripeness. Not ready to eat them? Put them in the fridge to keep them a while longer.
