The variety this week is Regina! 

Regina peaches are medium - large in size, very fragrant, and have a tangy / acidic flavor. These peaches are freestone - the pit easily separates from the flesh - making them a go-to choice for fresh eating, canning, freezing, dehydrating…well just processing in general.

Storage:
If the peaches you receive are a bit underripe for eating right away, keep them on your counter until they reach your desired ripeness. Not ready to eat them? Put them in the fridge to keep them a while longer.
