Yellow Freestone Peaches: Regina peaches are medium - large in size, very fragrant, and have a tangy / acidic flavor. These peaches are freestone - the pit easily separates from the flesh - making them a go-to choice for canning, freezing, dehydrating…well just processing in general!

If the peaches you receive are a bit under ripe for eating right away, keep them on your counter until they reach your desired ripeness. Not ready to eat them? Put them in the fridge to keep them a while longer.
